## Abstract

Since [Bitcoin](https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf) pioneered decentralized payments, and [Ethereum](https://ethereum.org/669c9e2e2027310b6b3cdce6e1c52962/Ethereum_Whitepaper_-_Buterin_2014.pdf) introduced Turing-complete smart contracts, blockchain has gradually become the core infrastructure of Web3.0. However, as application scale expands, the trilemma of decentralization, scalability, and security has become increasingly prominent, with scalability emerging as the key bottleneck constraining industry growth. Early public chains mostly adopted a monolithic architecture, where execution, settlement, data availability, and consensus were all concentrated on a single chain, making it difficult to balance performance and decentralization. The rise of Rollup and DA (Data Availability) solutions has driven the development of modular blockchain, enabling execution, settlement, consensus, and data availability to be decoupled, laying the technical foundation for high-performance blockchain.

But technical scalability is not the only challenge; user growth is equally urgent. Blockchain projects have long been competing for a limited pool of existing users, lacking effective ways to connect real-world assets with on-chain ecosystems. To achieve mass adoption, it is necessary to provide high-performance, scalable, and customizable infrastructure while ensuring privacy and compliance, to support emerging models such as RWA (Real World Assets), the metaverse, and digital nations, unlocking trillion-dollar markets.

To this end, Meta Earth proposes a modular multi-chain interactive underlying value network and DID (Decentralized Identifier) system. Its core components include: ME Network, a modular blockchain that separates the Execution Layer, Settlement Layer, Data Availability Layer, and Consensus Layer to achieve high performance and infinite scalability; ME ID, an identity system that balances individual data sovereignty, privacy protection, and compliance verification; and a Zone-based consensus and governance mechanism that enables regions to autonomously maintain consensus and develop their own businesses. This white paper systematically elaborates on the above technical architecture, consensus mechanism, identity system, as well as the economic incentive and ecosystem governance model designed for global users, providing a viable path for the integration of Web3.0 and the real world.
