📄Design Philosophy of ME ID

We have given deep thought to the concept of a verifiable, anonymous, and unique digital identity.

Firstly, we require an identity system that can support global users across various application scenarios, possessing characteristics such as resistance to Sybil attacks, anonymity, privacy, and being uniquely human. This fills the most valuable gap missing in Web 3.0 and the current internet—the sovereignty of personal identity.

Secondly, it should be scalable and customizable:

• Supports a variety of verification methods, such as VC and on-chain verification, to cater to different application scenarios and privacy levels

• Supports efficient digital identity management for users

Therefore, ME ID is a new sovereign identity system built on the ME ID Protocol, integrating DID solutions of KYC and PoP. It ensures the characteristics of decentralized identity while also fully protecting user privacy.
