🎡MBC (Multi-Blockchain Communication)
ME Network can communicate with Rollup-chains, multiple Rollup-chains, and various Cosmos chains through the MBC protocol. It originates from the IBC protocol[1] in the Cosmos network, meaning it is a new protocol that is compatible with the native Cosmos IBC.

Like IBC, MBC serves as a communication protocol that allows data transfer and interoperability between different blockchains. Its main features include:
Cross-Chain Communication: MBC enables cross-chain communication between different independent blockchains. ME Network, like Cosmos Hub, can act as a central hub in this ecosystem.
Cross-Chain Asset Transfer: Through MBC, users can send and receive assets across different blockchains. For example, tokens can be transferred from one blockchain to another, facilitating cross-chain value transfer.
Interoperability: MBC allows blockchain networks to send and receive data, assets, contract calls, and other information amongst each other. Such interoperability enables different blockchains to work collaboratively, share resources, and perform cross-chain value transfers.
Security: MBC implements Byzantine fault tolerance and authentication mechanisms to ensure the security and reliability of cross-chain interactions. It relies on the ME-Tendermint consensus algorithm to safeguard the security of the entire network ecosystem.
Scalability: Through MBC, ME Network can connect with other Cosmos blockchain networks, meeting the needs of different businesses and laying the foundation for larger-scale applications.
Moreover, MBC supports unique scenarios specific to ME Network, such as DID message cross-chain communication. Rollup-chain can also securely access DIDs created by users on the ME Hub.
